Every gesture we make, every feeling we have, marks us and identifies us.

My paintings work the same way. Each moment is essential and unique.

I began painting landscapes and maps, which led me to other ideas.

I chose to stop using brushes. I began to use any implement that was suitable for the gesture and texture I was looking for.

Skewers, sponges, paper towels, rubber cement, tooth brush, drafting tape, hair dryer, cardboard.

Staining, spraying, erasing, rolling, scraping, dripping, splattering.

Bigger paper and more paint.

For me, there are no limits to painting and what it can mean.
